How can I try to put it? Today, August 27, 2025, we dined here. Absolutely everything was excellent; we both had pork tenderloin with mushroom cream sauce. So delicious, the meat pink, the sauce—well, I still need to find a word for it, but phenomenal comes close. My wife had a mocha dessert and I had a dame blanche, both delicious. I also want to emphasize the staff: they were friendly and worked well together. Despite the busyness, they exuded a tremendous sense of calm. Keep up the good work.

We ate here on May 24th and we had a wonderful time!! A true asset to Uchelen and the surrounding area. I had a delicious fish salad, generously filled with both cold and hot fish. The best of the best!!!

Update: We ate here again on July 31st. We had a delicious carpaccio as a starter and, following our previous visit, we had the fish salad again. Still recommended, albeit with considerably less fish (photo 1: 24:05, photo 2: 31:07). Keep the first one. It sets you apart!

It's a charming and cozy restaurant that wants to make you feel welcome. You feel welcomed, seen, and heard. The service and attention are excellent! Still more than worth the 5 stars!

Fantastic here!! Very nice welcome by the gentleman, you notice that he is a real hospitality enthusiast. Outside sitting very nice and inside the ambiance is great. Food was served on time and was very tasty. Salmon was nice and tender with fresh vegetables. Had crème brûlée cake for dessert and this was very tasty

A warm welcome upon arrival and a wide choice of tables for two inside. Modern industrial design interior yet cozy. Well lit and yet atmospheric. Extensive menu with a very affordable offer of the month with a choice of three or four courses. Dishes look neat and the ingredients are wonderfully fresh. Relatively many vegetables, tender duck breast and salmon with lots of flavor. Portions that leave you satisfied but not too full.

Highly recommended, also because you can feel and taste that there is a great and well-cooperating team working for you. As my wife said: "It's like a well-oiled orchestra, of which you mainly notice and taste the results!".

Fantastic service and great atmosphere. Every bite was an absolute masterpiece. Can't recommend it highly enough! Truly on track to being one of the top restaurants in Apeldoorn!
