I had the fish salad for the third time (it remains far from the best!). Surprisingly different from the previous times, but once again delicious!!!! If you love fish and salad, I highly recommend this. Besides, the service is always superb. You really feel like a guest. You're pampered. And so friendly!!!

We ate here on May 24, 2025, and we enjoyed it!! A true asset to Uchelen and the surrounding area. I had a delicious fish salad. Generously filled with both cold and hot fish. The best of the best!!!

Update July 31, 2025, I ate here again. I had a delicious carpaccio as a starter, and after the previous visit, I had the fish salad again. Still recommended, albeit with a lot less fish (photo 1: 24:05, photo 2: 31:07). Keep the first one. It sets you apart!

It's a charming and welcoming restaurant that's dedicated to making you feel at home. You feel welcome, seen, and heard. The service and attention are top-notch! Well worth the 5 stars!

How can I try to put it? Today, August 27, 2025, we dined here. Absolutely everything was excellent; we both had pork tenderloin with mushroom cream sauce. So delicious, the meat pink, the sauce—well, I still need to find a word for it, but phenomenal comes close. My wife had a mocha dessert and I had a dame blanche, both were delicious. I also want to emphasize the staff: they were friendly and worked well together. Despite the busyness, they exuded a tremendous sense of calm. Keep up the good work.

Fantastic here!! Very nice welcome by the gentleman, you notice that he is a real hospitality enthusiast. Outside sitting very nice and inside the ambiance is great. Food was served on time and was very tasty. Salmon was nice and tender with fresh vegetables. Had crème brûlée cake for dessert and this was very tasty

Upon arrival, we received a warm welcome and had a wide selection of tables for two inside. The interior is modern and industrial, yet cozy. Well-lit, yet atmospheric. An extensive menu with a very affordable monthly special with a choice of three or four courses. The dishes are beautifully presented, and the ingredients are wonderfully fresh. A relatively large selection of vegetables, tender duck breast, and flavorful salmon. Portions that leave you satisfied, but not overfull.

Highly recommended, also because you can feel and taste the wonderful, collaborative team working for you. As my wife said: "It's like a well-oiled orchestra, where you especially notice and taste the results!"

Fantastic service and great atmosphere. Every bite was an absolute masterpiece. Can't recommend it highly enough! Truly on track to being one of the top restaurants in Apeldoorn!
